Course Sea Salt
Course Ground Peppercorns
Minced Garlic (to taste)
Minced Onion (to taste)
4 TBSP of Worcheshire
2 TBSP of Horseradish
Celery Seed
Fresh Parsley-chopped
Fresh Oregano
Fresh ground Cayenne Pepper (quantity dependent on how spicy you want it)
1/2-1 cup of Spicy Bloody Mary Mix (I use Major Toms)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1/2-1 cup of whiskey (whatever brand you fancy)
2 TBSP of vinegar

Mix all ingredients together and slather/soak desired meat or fish in marinade for at least one hour or more. Turn every 30 minutes using spiked cooking fork so that marinade will penetrate throughout the piece of meat. Easy to use to cook on the stove, in the oven or on the grill. Be sure to leave a small amount of the marinade that is leftover and brush on both sides during cooking..
