Crab Artichoke Cheese Dip2 5 oz cups of fresh crab meat1/2 onion1 pkg cream cheese-softened1 8oz bag of mixed italian cheeses1 jar or can of artichoke heartssalt/pepperold bayparsleygarlicpaprikacelery seedoreganoPreheat oven to 350. In baking dish place all of above ingredients, leaving crab for last. Mix ingredients together with thick spatula, place crab in, mix so it's spread evenly, being careful not to shred it..but leave it in pieces. Top with cheese, place in oven and cook for about 20 minutes or until cheese on top is brown and bubbly. Be sure to let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh slices of tomatos. Serve with chunked baguette slices, carrots, celery, cucumber slices. MMMM.. this is the SHIT MAN!!!
