Encrust in herbs on both sides-place in fridge for 1 hour or more. About 5 minutes before ready to grill..slice some fresh strawberries-sprinkle freshly ground peppercorns over them. About 5 min on each side for medium/medium rare. last 3 min on stove place strawberries in side to pick up juices and herbs from the pan. Take out of oven and sprinkle fresh shredded parmesan or italian cheese over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.Serve with a Spinach salad with blue veined gouda cheese and raspberry pecan vinagrette.
