Carribean Pork & Beans3lbs of Pork, cubed2 cans of Carribean Spiced Organic beans1 green pepper, diced1 red pepper, diced1 vidalia onion, diced1 whole garlic clove, mincedjug o bloody mary mixsalt/peppercelery saltcayennehot sauceCook pork in oven, cube when cooled. In pot or crockpot, put 3 cups of spicy bloody mary mix, diced veggies, seasonings and pork. Season to taste, cover and simmer for at least an hour or more. EASY and would be great to serve over rice too!Rum Punchy Goodness3/4 gallon of cheap rum1/2 liter of Tropicana Peach Orchard Punch 1/2 liter of Tropicana Tropical Punch1/2 cup sugar1 can of pineapple-including juiceSlice Strawberries, oranges, cherries, limes, whatever fruit you want to add. Before serving, add ice and half a bottle of ginger ale to cut cheap alcohol taste.
